Fund your balance
Make a refundable opening deposit of $1,000 or more by Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. We verify it and credit your balance.

Send us orders
Enter orders one at a time or upload a CSV. Each order deducts its cost from your balance right away.

We label and ship
Your labels go on, the kit ships fast and tracking shows in your portal. Processed same day before 1 PM CT.

Questions
It funds your prepaid balance. Your first deposit must be at least $1,000; top-ups can be any amount from $50. Every order is paid from the balance, so we never invoice you later. Unused balance is refundable when you close your account.
The same price listed in our shop for that product and size. You see the exact unit price before you submit an order, and it's shown on every order and in your ledger.
$1.00 per label applied. By default that's one label per kit; you can change the count on any order. You supply print-ready label artwork, and we'll confirm it before your first order ships.
A flat $15.00 per order (one shipment to one address), no matter how many kits are in it. US addresses only.
Orders can't be submitted unless your balance covers them. Your portal warns you when it drops under $250 so you can top up first.
Yes, until it's packed. Contact us with the 3PL order number; a canceled order is refunded to your balance in full.
