Information you give us — name, business name, email, phone, shipping address, order and account application details — and limited technical data such as device and browser type. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, review wholesale applications, prepare quotes, provide support and Certificates of Analysis, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations and — if you opt in — send restock and pricing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (payment, shipping, email delivery, hosting) and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
