These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Wholesale Peps. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher or business purchasing for laboratory research only. You agree to our Research Use Only Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Kits & pricing

Products are sold as kits only. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Volume tier discounts are calculated on the total number of kits in an order and do not stack with discount codes — the better of the two applies. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misuse, pricing errors or stock issues; if we cancel after payment you will receive a full refund.

Wholesale accounts & quotes

Wholesale account approval is at our discretion. Quotes for 25+ kits are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to stock availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wholesale Peps's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for any misuse of products contrary to these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.
