Refund Policy

Because of the nature of research materials, opened kits cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@wholesalepeps.online within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

All other items

Because research compounds cannot be resold once shipped, all other sales are final.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
